Meet Adrian

Build a thriving grooming career from scratch

In 2012, I met a woman battling breast cancer who couldn’t afford to have her dogs groomed. They were matted and looked neglected. Despite having no grooming experience, I offered to help. Seeing her happy tears ignited an unexpected passion.

With no formal training, I had plenty of setbacks—but going back to a 9-to-5 wasn’t an option. I hit the ground running, finding clients through social media, Craigslist, and flyers, determined to make it work.

After years of working alone as a mobile groomer, I opened my first salon and built a team that I trained. Two years and many viral social posts later, producers from ABC’s “Pooch Perfect” noticed my work and cast me on the show. As our client family grew, I expanded, opening two more salon locations in my hometown of New Orleans.

Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned—from grooming techniques to marketing strategies—to help new groomers lead the pack without making the same mistakes I did.

You select the dates for your 1-on-1 course at your convenience. Classes are at least five hours a day.

Yes, all trainees will receive a certificate of completion once class is complete.

You are welcome to bring your own pets to groom, but no worries if you can’t. Adrian owns seven poodles that you can practice on.
